Rinse spinach well.

Bring water to a boil.
Step 3
Put spinach into boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove spinach to a bowl of ice water and let cool.
Step 5
Drain and Dry spinach. Drain in a colander, or spin in a salad spinner.
Step 6
Place in freezer bags/containers of your choice.
Step 7
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and label.
Step 8
Put in the freezer.
