Defrost frozen lemonade.

If necessary, defrost frozen lemonade for 30 minutes so it can easily be removed from the container. If the container is plastic, you can microwave for 30 seconds.

Blend ingredients in blender.

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.

What can you use if you do not have frozen concentrate?

JACKIE, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN LEMONADE CONCENTRATE EASY. I SQUEEZE ENOUGH LEMONS TO MAKE 12 OZS. OF JUICE, THEN WHISK IN 1 AND A 1/2 CUPS SUGAR. I PUT THAT INTO A QUART SIZE FREEZER ZIPLOCK BAGGIE AND FREEZE IT OVERNIGHT. THE SUGAR WILL PREVENT IT FROM FREEZING ROCK HARD, SO IT WILL BE EASY TO SPOON OUT.
