Ingredients: 3/4 cup strong coffee, cooled (or cold brew); 1 cup ice; 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar; 2 tablespoons milk, half and half, or creamer (optional); Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

This frozen coffee recipe is quick and easy to blend up at home! This sweet, sippable drink is better than any coffee shop.

Frozen Coffee

strong coffee, cooled (or cold brew)

sugar

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Place the coffee, ice, sugar, and milk or creamer in the blender and blend until combined.

If desired, top with whipped cream to serve.

Yum! This looks so good. I'm partial to an iced coffee at home, but will give this recipe a try this summer (I reckon it will be perfect for those 40 degree (celsius!) days we get here in Australia). Love the tip about using the moka pot too to make it a stronger coffee!
