Fruit Pebbles Cheesecake

Step 1

Melt butter in a pot. Add marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are fully melted. Add 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles and mix well.

Step 2

Fill the pie tray with the marshmallow mixture, Using your hands, press down the mix into the tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese to a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with beating attachment. Begin to beat the cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup of whole Fruity Pebbles and continue to mix.

Step 4

Combine the gelatin with water. Heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until the gelatin dissolves and becomes liquid. As the cream cheese mixture continues to combine, add a stream of the gelatin to the bowl.

Step 5

Add the cream cheese mixture to the pie tray. Sprinkled the crushed fruity pebbles on top.

Step 6

Put in the fridge to set and enjoy!
