Funfetti Ooey Gooey Bars

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8 1/2" x 11" or 8" x 12" baking dish.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and 1/4 cup of sprinkles.

Step 3

Add the oil and egg and stir to combine. Then add the heavy cream and vanilla, and stir until combined.

Step 4

Add the white chocolate chips and stir until chocolate chips are well distributed.

Step 5

Spread into the pre-greased baking dish and level out with a spoon.

Step 6

Sprinkle the top with the additional 1 Tbsp of sprinkles.

Step 7

Bake for 30-33 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 8

Cool completely (possibly overnight), then cut into small squares.
