Flatten tablespoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet with the back of a spoon until about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3
Place in the freezer while preparing the coating.
Step 4
Melt coconut oil over low heat.

Step 6
Dip/drizzle over frozen cookie dough until completely covered.

Place back in the freezer until coating is hardened.
