Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of a 10 x 10 inch square or circle pan. Put the apples and cherries into the pan. Cook them in the oven for 20 minutes. ( I sprayed the top of the fruit with olive oil ).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add the coconut sugar, almond flour, gluten free rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix.
Step 3
In a smaller bowl, mix the oil with the maple syrup, and then pour it on top of the dry ingredients. Mix well. Then sprinkle the topping on top of the apples and cherries.
Step 4
Bake for about 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
