Preheat oven to 325 F and line a square baking dish with parchment

Make the flax egg and put in fridge to set for 10 minutes

In a large bowl, mash the banana and add in the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Don';t forget the flax egg!
Step 4
Pour into the lined baking dish, sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top (optional) and bake for 35 minutes or so - maybe longer depending on your oven.
Step 5
Allow to cool completely before cutting - they are gooey!
Step 6
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
