Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients and allow to chill in the fridge.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Stack the tortillas one on top of the other and use a knife to cut the tortillas into 8 equal slices, like you would slice a pizza.
Step 4
Seperate the chips and evenly space them on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Combine the ghee, coconut sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Brush the mixture on each chip, on both sides until evenly coated.
Step 6
Transfer to the oven and allow to bake for 10-12 minutes, without flipping the chips. Check the chips at 10 minutes to ensure they don’t over bake, and extend the cook time only if needed.
Step 7
Allow to cool to the touch before serving with fruit salsa.
