I haven&#039;t always been a fan of grapes. In the past, I would indulge in them occasionally, but only if a family member bought them or a friend offered them to me. But that was until I tried this easy grape salad recipe. Picture juicy grapes covered in soft cream cheese, dressed in vanilla extract, and topped with pecans. Grape Salad Recipe

sour cream

- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)

C sugar

tsp pure vanilla extract

lbs grapes

lbs red seedless grapes

strawberries

C chopped pecans

Using a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until combined and smooth

Beat in the sour cream and vanilla until combined

Fold in the fruit and 1 C of the pecans until coated completely

Spoon into a bowl, and garnish with remaining pecans
