Greek Pasta Salad with Spinach

olive oil

lemon juice

red wine vinegar

garlic (, minced)

salt and pepper (,

oz penne pasta (, uncooked)

spinach (, fresh, chopped)

cherry tomatoes (, yellow, each sliced in half)

black olives (, pitted, thinly sliced)

feta cheese (, crumbled)

Bring a large pot of water to boil.  Add pasta and cook until al dente.  Rinse with cold water.  Drain.
