Step 1

Make ahead: Add butterfly pea powder to 2 cups of water in a small saucepan and heat until dissolved. Allow to cool and then filter blue water through a coffee filter, changing out the filter as needed. Pour blue water into skull mold and freeze overnight. Add plain water to the sphere mold and freeze. Repeat until you have 4 skulls and 4 spheres.

Step 2

Add the round ice cube to the bottom of the glass and then add 1-1½ oz. of Empress 1908 gin. Add lime garnish and tonic water . The tonic will turn the blue gin, purple. (Sooo pretty!!) Now add the blue skull ice cube and top with more tonic if desired. garnish with lavender and dry ice for effect. (Warning: Use caution when handling dry ice and take care not to ingest dry ice, it is not edible and will burn)
