Step 1
For the dry shake: In a cocktail shaker (or large glass jar that can be fitted with a lid), add in the tequila, guava nectar, coconut rum, lemon juice, agave, and egg white. Cover the shaker/glass with lid. Shake vigorously for a few seconds (I like to shake for 10 seconds).
Step 2
For the wet shake: Add a handful of ice into the shaker/glass, cover, and shake again super vigorously for another few seconds.
Step 3
Strain the guava tequila sour over a fine mesh sieve into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with edible flowers, if desired. Sip, sip…enjoy!
