Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, including; oats, coco pops, coconut, almonds (optional), chia seeds, flax seeds, sultanas (optional) and choc chips.

Place the wet ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl, including; rice malt syrup, coconut oil and peanut butter (optional), until melted.
Step 4
Once cooled, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, including the vanilla extract and combine well.
Step 5
Once the mixture begins to stick together, fold in the blueberries, ensuring you do not squash them.
Step 6
Spoon the mixture into the prepared brownie pan and press down firmly.
Step 7
Drizzle the yoghurt on top of the muesli bars and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until yoghurt sets.
