Hemingway Daiquiri

Step 1

Fill a cocktail glass with ice water (or pop it in the freezer). Set aside.

Step 2

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, and grapefruit juice, and shake until well-chilled.

Step 3

Pour the ice water out of the glass and fill it with fresh ice. Then, strain the drink over the ice.

Step 4

Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!
