Step 1
Line an 8x8 in baking pan with saran wrap and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
Gently stir everything together, minus the bourbon/rum in a very large microwave safe bowl.
Step 3
Microwave for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir until smooth.
Step 5
Stir in bourbon/rum until well combined and pour into prepared dish.
Step 6
Cover with saran wrap and place in fridge until set.
Step 7
Cut into squares and enjoy!
