Homemade Crème Caramel

Step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the egg mixture to the boiled milk and stir.

Step 2

Caramelize the sugar and distribute it into cups. Pour in the egg mixture. Arrange the cups in an oven dish in which you've poured cool water.

Step 3

Put the oven dish in the oven and bake in a water bath until ready. Let them cool before serving.
