Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Have your silicone molds clean, dry and ready to go or grease a glass dish with a thin layer of coconut oil.
Step 2
You want to move quickly once you start to mix everything so I recommend having your supplies ready (whisk, molds or greased dish…) along with your ingredients premeasured.
Step 3
Pour the ¼ cup of tart cherry (or elderberry syrup) into the large measuring cup, add the ⅓ cup gelatin and very quickly whisk to dissolve all of the powder.
Step 4
Add in the hot water and whisk.
Step 5
Finish by pouring in the cold elderberry syrup and giving one last good whisk.
Step 6
Carefully but quickly pour the liquid into the molds or glass dish.
Step 7
Chill about 20 minutes for the molds or until solid. They’ll keep well in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
