Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and corn syrup together in a medium bowl with either a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
Step 2
After the wet ingredients are creamed, add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Once the dough is all mixed together chill for 30-60 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out like sugar cookie dough with a rolling pin on parchment paper or a silicone mat. Use a rectangle or square cookie cutter. If you don't have a cookie cutter, you could use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough.
Step 5
Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and/or silicone mat.
Step 6
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. The thinner you roll them the crispier they will be.
Step 7
When they have cooled, you can remove from the baking sheet and enjoy!
