Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Step 3
Mash the bananas. I like to do this in my stand mixer as the first ingredient to add to the bowl. Just mix the ripe bananas at medium speed until they are a smooth puree .
Step 4
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix for only a minute until the batter is smooth.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the centre comes our clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool at least a half hour before serving.
