Step 1
Season the chicken with salt, ground black pepper and dashes of paprika or cayenne pepper. If you use cayenne pepper, just use 1 dash on each chicken thigh as it's spicy.
Step 2
Combine melted butter, honey and soy sauce together. Stir to mix well.
Step 3
Heat up a skillet and add the cooking oil. Pan fry the chicken thighs on high heat, until both sides turn brown.
Step 4
Push the chicken thighs to one aside of the skillet and add the minced garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the honey garlic sauce to the skillet and lower the heat to low. Let simmer and reduce the sauce until it's slightly thickened. Add lemon juice, stir to mix well.
Step 6
Top the chicken with chopped parsley, serve immediately.
