Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Stir together the pecans, oil and salt. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
Step 3
While the pecans are toasting, bring the honey to a boil over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
Step 4
Add the baked pecans to the boiling honey and stir to coat for a minute or two.
Step 5
Let cool slightly, then spread on a piece of parchment paper (or wax paper) to cool and dry. Make sure to do this while they are still warm otherwise they will stick together. Allow to cool completely.
