How To Make Boxed Cake Mix Cupcakes in The Air Fryer

Step 1

Start by making the cake mix, as directed on the box.

Step 2

Spray your muffin tin with non-sticking cooking spray or use olive oil.

Step 3

Prepare your batter.

Step 4

Pour the mix about 2/3 way full into your muffin tins.

Step 5

Set in your air fryer oven or air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12 minutes.

Step 6

NOTE: If your cupcakes are not done, flip them and air fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from the air fryer, let cool, before frosting.

Step 8

Frost the cupcakes sprinkle with sprinkles or jimmies if desired.

Plate, serve and enjoy!
