Step 1

Combine the ziti, 1 1/4 cups water, and marinara sauce in the pressure cooking pot. Select High Pressure and a 5 minute cook time. When the cook time ends, turn off the pressure cooker and use a quick pressure release. When the valve drops, carefully remove the lid.

Step 2

Select Sauté and stir in the alfredo sauce. Add the mozzarella, provolone, and ricotta, a bit at a time, stirring to melt the cheese fully.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if you like.

Step 4

In a small bowl, combine the parmesan, pecorino romano, panko, garlic, olive oil, and ½ teaspoon salt.

Step 5

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and preheat the broiler. Transfer the pasta to the baking dish and sprinkle with the seasoned bread crumbs and cheese. Place under the broiler until golden and bubby, keeping a close eye on it.

Step 6

Sprinkle the top with the seasoned breadcrumbs and cheese. Set the temperature to 350°F and bake for 2 to 4 minutes, until browned.

Step 7

Sprinkle with basil and serve hot.
