Instant Pot Angel Food Cake

Step 1

Lightly coat your bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Add cake mix and 1 1/4 cup water in mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Pour cake batter into your prepared bundt pan and cover with foil.

Step 4

Pour 2 cups water into Instant Pot.

Step 5

Add the trivet and your bundt pan and close the lid.

Step 6

Cook with high pressure for 35 minutes.

Step 7

After done cooking, use natural release for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Remove bundt pan from Instant Pot and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes before removing cake from the pan.

Step 9

Allow to cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
