Step 1
In a small bowl mix together the dry rub ingredients until well combined.
Step 2
Pour the beef broth, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, apple juice into a large bowl, add the ribs and marinate for 1-3 hours.
Step 3
Remove the ribs from marinade, and pat dry.
Step 4
Spread the dry rub evenly on both sides of the ribs and massage into the meat.
Step 5
Add the marinade liquid into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Step 6
Add the ribs to the Instant Pot and pour over the BBQ sauce.
Step 7
Lock the lid on the pressure cooker.
Step 8
Cook on manual, high pressure, for 45 minutes. After cooking is finished, do a 15-20 minutes natural pressure release, after which release manually any remaining pressure.
Step 9
Remove ribs and serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce.
