Instant Pot Sous Vide Egg Bites

Step 1

Spray egg bite mold with coconut oil spray. Place bacon and spinach into egg bite mold.

Step 2

Whisk eggs and everything bagel seasoning in a small bowl and pour evenly over bacon and spinach. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.

Step 3

Add one cup of water to Instant Pot and place egg bite mold onto trivet. Carefully lower trivet into pot.

Step 4

Cook on steam mode for 9 minutes and then 10 minutes natural release. Serve hot or store up to one week in the fridge.
