Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then let it cool.

Cut the soft butter into small pieces and pour it into the bowl of the mixer. Add the sugar and mix until the butter and sugar are creamy.

Or in a static oven at 190°C (374°F) for 45-50 minutes. Let cool before removing it from the pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
