Italian Sausage Seasoning Recipe

Step 1

Mix all dry seasonings together.

Step 2

Sprinkle evenly across ground meat. Using your hands, mix meat and seasonings together until evenly incorporated (but try not to over-work the meat more than necessary).

Step 3

Pour in the cold water, and mix with your hands until evenly incorporated.

Step 4

Sausage is now ready to be cooked as ground sausage, or stuffed into casings to make sausage links.
