2)Next, add the marinated pork belly and cook until the pork is no longer pink. Turn off the heat when the pork is fully cooked.

1)To serve, first, place cabbage on top of a bed of cooked rice. Next, fill the bowl with pork belly.
Step 9
2)You can also add finely chopped green onion and sprinkle some Japanese 7-flavor chilly powder to enhance the flavor of butadon.
