Pour mixture onto middle of mat and spread out thin with angled spatula

Bake 8-10 minutes until edges begin to brown

Allow to cool for 15 minutes
Step 7
Peel pasta sheet from edge of baking mat and roll up like a jelly roll. With a sharp knife slice the roll into desired thickness
Step 8
Serve with your favorite sauce or in a soup.
Step 9
Keep in container in fridge for up to a week.
