Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Start by making the sauce: In a sauce pan over low heat add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, Dijon mustard, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until combined and creamy.

To a greased 9×13 casserole pan, add in the shredded chicken, top with ham, and then top with the cream sauce.

Top with shredded Swiss cheese and bacon bits.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with chives or parsley, if using.

Optional: You can add a layer of frozen cauliflower florets as the first layer if you want to make this a complete meal. Add about 5 to 10 minutes to the cooking time. Or you can serve it with a side salad too.

Tip: For a golden topping, place casserole under the broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is lightly golden colored.
