Lemon Cake Mix Brownies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Line an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.

Step 3

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and extract with a mixer until well combined.

Step 4

Spread batter evenly into pan.

Step 5

Bake for 15 minutes or until brownies just begin to set, being careful not to overcook.

Step 6

When done allow brownies to cool before lifting from pan with parchment paper

Step 7

Set brownies aside to cool.

Step 8

Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth.

Step 9

Spread lemon glaze on top of brownies.
