Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Mix the protein powder, coconut flour, lemon zest together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Add the cream cheese and lemon juice

Knead until all ingredients are combined.Note: Add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, add a teaspoon or more of yogurt if the dough is too thick
Step 4
Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls, refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
Step 5
Optional: melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second bursts until melted, stirring in between. Dip the protein balls into the chocolate and then set them on a clean parchment paper until the chocolate is set. Top with leftover lemon zest.
