Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions, and form each into a patty.

Sprinkle both sides of each patty with the seasoning mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the burgers 8–10 minutes per side or until cooked through.

While burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
Step 6
Once burgers are cooked, remove from heat and add one slice of cheese to each patty. It will melt from the heat of the burgers.
Step 7
Assemble the lettuce wraps by starting with one large piece of lettuce, then topping with the burger patty, a dollop of spicy mayo sauce, a slice of tomato, and finally one more lettuce leaf on top.
