Liquor Filled Chocolates

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave for 1 min. Mix till smooth and set aside.

Step 2

Take a silicone chocolate mould. Spoon chocolate in and spread evenly.

Step 3

Now put this in fridge and leave to set till chocolate hardens.

Step 4

Mix filling ingredients till creamy.

Step 5

Now spoon filling in and tap it gently so it is evenly spread

Step 6

Now top with more chocolate and put this in fridge for 1 hour.

Step 7

Now unmould and serve.
