Loaded Baked Potato Hot Dish

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Step 2

Mash boiled potatoes with a potato masher. with butter,  goat cheese, and sour cream. Add 1/4 cup milk then add dd by the tablespoon until you get the desired consistency

Step 3

Stir in bacon and green onions with salt and pepper

Step 4

Spread into a 2-quart casserole dish.

Step 5

Sprinkle with cheese and 1/3 cup of reserved green onions

Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are hot.
