Loaded Potato Casserole

Step 1

Peel and cube potatoes and put them on to boil

Step 2

Boil potatoes 15-20 minutes or until tender

Step 3

Dice bacon then cook and drain on a paper towel

Step 4

Drain potatoes and return them to hot pan

Step 5

Add to hot potatoes milk, butter , salt and pepper

Step 6

Mash to consistency you would like , I like a few lumps in mine

Step 7

Stir in half the cheese

Step 8

Stir the sour cream and half the bacon

Step 9

Spread into a 9x13 baking dish

Step 10

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Step 11

Remove from oven , top with remaining cheese and bacon

Step 12

Bake for another 20-25 minutes

Step 13

Serve hot
