Place rack in centre position of oven and preheat to 180° C (350° F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Butter the ends not covered by the paper. Bake 50 – 60 minutes or until knife inserted into centre comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan, then leave to fully cool on a rack.
