Instructions
Step 2
Combine the marinade ingredients in a freezer bag. Add meat or poultry. Seal the bag and turn to coat.
Step 5
Set the bag in a shallow dish. Marinate for 4-6 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Cook as desired.
Step 8
For Grilling: On medium high heat (350ºF), grill the chicken 9-10 minutes flipping during the half way point. Grill until the internal temperature of your chicken reaches 165ºF. Feel free to pour extra marinade over the time (from the freezer bag) while cooking.
Step 11
For Baking: Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil. Add a baking rack on the top of the aluminum-covered pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange your chicken pieces on top. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
