Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut them in half width-wise and then cut each half in half, again, lengthwise.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip each piece of banana halfway into the chocolate and use a spoon to make sure the front and back are covered in chocolate. The bananas can be a little slippery so you might want to use a fork or toothpick to help pull them out of the chocolate. Place chocolate covered bananas on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and sprinkle each one with chopped almonds.
Step 3
Place the bananas in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours, until frozen. Store bananas in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
