Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Add the beans, taco seasoning and a couple tablespoons of water to a bowl - the water will help loosen up the beans. Mix until combined.
Step 3
Spread a couple tablespoons of beans on one half of a tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to close it up - the beans will keep it closed while cooking. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Spray with oil and place in the oven for 8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the tacos are crispy. Remove from the oven and serve with the optional toppings.
