Step 1

Create the sauce Add the coconut milk along with 150ml water to the pan and bring it to a gentle boil and then let it simmer for 6-7mins, gently mashing the tomatoes to soften them and blend the flavours together.
Step 4
Finishing touches and serve! Sprinkle the MOQUECA GARNISH over the pan and stir through.Serve the rice in bowls, spoon the Moqueca on top and serve!
