Ninja Cream Pina Colada Ice Cream

Step 1

In a medium bowl whisk together sugar, heavy cream, milk and coconut extract until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2

Mix in crushed pineapple.

Step 3

Pour ice cream mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and close the lid.

Step 4

Freeze for 24 hours making sure the pint container is level in the freezer.

Step 5

Remove pint from freezer and take off lid. Place in outer bowl and secure the outer bowl lid. Place outer bowl apparatus into the Ninja Creami machine and lock into place. Press the Ice Cream button and allow the cycle to complete.

Step 6

Scoop the ice cream into bowls and top with toasted coconut.
