In einem Topf ca. 5 l Salzwasser aufkochen. Spaghetti im siedenden Salzwasser ca. 8 Min. bissfest garen und in ein Sieb abgießen.
Step 2
Tomaten waschen und würfeln. Basilikum waschen, trocken schütteln, Blätter von den Stielen zupfen und fein hacken. Mozzarella grob zerzupfen.
Step 3
Spaghetti im Kochtopf mit Tomaten, Basilikum und Mozzarella vermengen. Mit Olivenöl, Balsamico, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und auf Tellern verteilt servieren.Guten Appetit!
