Step 1
Pečico segrejemo na 210°C (ventilator). Rešetka naj bo na sredini pečice.
Step 2
V kolikor uporabljamo mladi krompir, ga rahlo ostrgamo, drugo sorto krompirja pa olupimo. Narežemo ga na 0,5 centimetra velike kolobarje. Prestavimo v večji pekač in začinimo z olivnim oljem, timijanom in rožmarinom. Premešamo, da se sestavine povežejo. Pekač s krompirjem damo v pečico na srednjo rešetko kjer pečemo 20 - 25 minut.
Step 3
Preverimo, ali ima orada še kaj lusk, sicer jih odstranimo. Prav tako odrežemo plavuti, odstranimo škrge in morebitno drobovino. Vsako orado dobro osušimo s papirnato brisačko. Solimo po obeh straneh zunaj ter v notranjosti.
Step 4
Krompir previdno vzamemo iz pečice. Temperaturo pečice povečamo na 230 °C. Oradi položimo na krompir, rahlo posolimo in postavimo nazaj v pečico, kjer pečemo še 16 - 18 minut. Postrežemo s tržaško omako.
