Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a small pot, add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the pearls and cook over medium heat following the packaging instructions. Then, drain and add to a small bowl or the glass you'll use for serving. Coat with 2 tablespoons of the syrup immediately.
Step 2
To a blender, add your milk of choice, ice cream, brewed black tea, and the oreo cookies (without the frosting). Blend on high for 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and no chunks of cookies remain.
Step 3
If you haven't already, add the tapioca balls to the bottom of a large glass, followed by a few ice cubes. Pour the milk tea over the ice cubes and give everything a good stir. At this point, you can add more brown sugar syrup if you like it sweeter. Serve right away and top with whipped cream if desired!
