Step 1
Melt margarine or butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
Step 2
Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted completely.
Step 3
Remove from the heat.
Step 4
Add Oreo O's cereal and mix.
Step 5
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9 x 13 pans.
Step 6
Let cool, then cut and serve.
