Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
First, you will need to finely crush about 36 Oreo cookies. I used my food processor and it worked like a dream. Crush the cookies with the filling inside.
Step 2
Then add the cream cheese to the food processor and mix it all together until smooth.
Step 3
To make them look like footballs, form about a tablespoon of the mix into an oblong shape. Repeat with all of the mixture and lay out your footballs on parchment paper.
Step 4
Separate the remaining 12 cookies. Add the filling to a bowl and the cookies to the food processor. Process the cookies until they are fine dust and sprinkle over the top of your Oreo truffles. Add the filling from the bowl to a piping bag and pipe "laces" on your little football truffles.
