Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Step 3
Place the salmon, skin side down, pink side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Crimp the edges of the foil around the salmon to make what appears like a boat to catch the juices when baking.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and the minced garlic.
Step 6
Brush 1/2 of the garlic butter over the salmon.
Step 7
In another small bowl, combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Step 8
Evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon.
Step 9
Drizzle the coated salmon with the remaining garlic butter.
Step 10
Bake the coated salmon until it reaches your preferred doneness, between 125-145 degrees F, about 15-22 minutes. If desired, carefully baste the salmon with the juices halfway through baking.
Step 11
Allow the cooked salmon to rest for 5 minutes after baking.
Step 12
Serve.
